About the ArtistMy name is Megan Gisi. I am currently residing in Sparks, Nevada with my husband and children. My love for art began before I can even remember! I have been one of the family's resident artists, creating with everything from pencils, oils, pastels, acrylics, watercolors, markers, sculpting, crocheting, paper & glue, you name it! When I was nine, my parents signed me up for a class that taught oil painting, and my love for painting truly began. In September of 2000, I was asked by a friend to paint a mural for her neighbor, and I have been painting murals and designing ever since. I graduated from UNLV in May 2006 with a Bachelors Degree in Interior Architecture and Design. In addition to painting murals, I have also worked in the Hospitality Design field for such gaming companies as Boyd Gaming and Wynn Design & Development in Las Vegas, NV. I am always looking for a creative outlet and I welcome any new requests for a mural, design project, or crochet item! |
